Mike Marek
With over a decade of experience in the sports industry, Marek has established a reputation as a dynamic leader with a strong focus on revenue generation, strategic marketing, and operations management. From managing major league spring training operations to overseeing the business functions of multiple sports franchises, Marek brings a wealth of expertise in driving sales, maximizing sponsorships, and enhancing fan engagement.
Marek's career in sports began with the St. Louis Cardinals, as an intern in the Public Relations Department followed by the St. Petersburg Pelicans, where he served as the Director of Public Relations, directing all media relations and publicity for the baseball club.
As the Assistant General Manager of the Sarasota White Sox, he played a key role in marketing and sales for both the Chicago White Sox Spring Training Season and the Class "A" Florida State League team. This early success led to roles such as General Manager of the San Antonio Tejanos, where he managed all aspects of business operations, including ticket sales, game-day advertising, concessions, and merchandise.
In his role as Manager of Spring Training Operations for the Chicago White Sox, Marek managed the marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts for the team's training complex in Sarasota, Florida, significantly increasing ticket sales and corporate sponsorships. His efforts resulted in improved operational efficiency and elevated fan experience, setting new benchmarks for attendance and engagement.
Throughout his tenure in sports, Marek demonstrated a proven ability to secure corporate partnerships, develop high-impact sponsorship strategies, and cultivate key stakeholder relationships. As Assistant General Manager for the Missouri River Otters, he directed sales, advertising, and marketing initiatives, consistently delivering revenue growth and strengthening the club's market presence.
With a career rooted in sales and operational leadership, Marek excels at building sustainable revenue streams, fostering community relations, and driving growth through innovative approaches to sales and marketing.

Thomas Incaviglia
The Beaumont Oil Barons are proud to announce Thomas Incaviglia as our new Field Manager for the 2026 inaugural season!
Incaviglia played professionally for the Grand Prairie AirHogs of the American Association for two seasons and played collegiately at Oklahoma State University and University of Texas, winning an NCAA Division I National Championship with the Texas Longhorns in 2005.
Last season 2025, Thomas enjoyed a successful year as the Hitting Coach for the Cleburne Railroaders of the American Association. In 2024 he served as the Chicago Dogs Hitting Coach making the playoffs and mentoring 4 of his hitters to earn Allstar team invitations as well as the American Association's eventual MVP and Player of the Year.
From 2021–2023, Thomas was with the Tri–City ValleyCats in Troy, NY as their 3B/Bench Coach in the Frontier League. He was also named by the Commissioner's office to the Frontier League's East Division Coaching Staff at the 2023 All–Star Game as the 3B coach. He also was a manager in the California Winter League in Palm Springs, CA in 2022 and 2023.
Thomas also was a 3B Coach for the Laredo Lemurs for 2 seasons and 1 year with the Grand Prairie AirHogs of the American Association.
His father, Tony, played in the Pittsburgh Pirates and San Diego Padres organizations; brother, Philip, played Division I baseball at University of Texas at Arlington; Uncle Pete played 12 years in MLB; and Grandfather Tom played in the Brooklyn Dodgers organization in the mid-1950's.

Billy Bryk, Jr.
Billy Bryk Jr. is a professional pitching coach with experience across independent and affiliated baseball, along with a background in scouting and player evaluation.
The son of longtime MLB scout Bill Bryk—who served as a minor league manager (notably as the first skipper of Tony Gwynn), pitching coordinator, field coordinator, and Special Assistant to the General Manager—he has built a strong reputation for developing pitchers and advancing careers.
Bryk Jr. began his coaching career in 2007 with the Brockton Rox and went on to serve as pitching coach for the Edmonton Capitals (2008), Windy City ThunderBolts (2009–2010), Amarillo Sox (2011), and Laredo Lemurs (2012, 2013). His staffs consistently ranked among league leaders, and more than 40 pitchers under his guidance have signed with MLB-affiliated organizations, including six who reached the majors: Chaz Roe, Ariel Hernández, Nick Anderson, Dylan Axelrod, Andrew Werner, and Robert Coello.
He also served as a Special Assignment Scout for the Arizona Diamondbacks (2013–2014), returned to the field with the Frontier Greys (2015), and joined the Brooklyn Cyclones (New York Mets) in 2016, where Harol González was named New York-Penn League Pitcher of the Year.
Bryk has worked with free agents across the U.S. and internationally, including the Dominican Republic, Australia, and the California Winter League. Known for his hands-on approach, he emphasizes power delivery, repeatable mechanics, and individualized development—helping pitchers maximize both their physical tools and mental mindset.
After stepping away following his father's passing, Bryk returns focused on developing the next generation of professional talent.
